Beaded French Couture Victorian Hat in Black

Elegant solid black Victorian hat. Trimmed in floral lace all over. Accented with black beads, sequins, and velvet flowers. Dainty hat base in a tear drop shape with attached hair comb. Has a large velvet bow in front and two smaller bows in back in matte satin. Ribbons on each side hang down approx. 23" each. Ribbons could be used to tie under the chin. One size fits all. Base of hat measures just over 6" across.
