Beautiful Pink and Black Victorian Touring Hat, Customer Favorite

This is our customer's favorite Victorian touring hat! Measures 15" across brim. Black tulle gathered in back, and hangs down 36". Crown in tea rose pink satin, accented with black marabou feathers, and pink roses. Black embroidered lace all around hat, with satin and lace ribbons hanging down on one side.
